The Lady In The Balcony: Lockdown Sessions is een project van 17 nummers, ontstaan als gevolg van de gedwongen concert annuleringen die gepland stonden voor mei 2021 in de Royal Albert Hall. Als alternatief kwam hij opnieuw samen met zijn band en gaf hij een intiem optreden terwijl de camera's draaiden. De grotendeels akoestische set was bedoeld als een Eric Clapton Unplugged II, maar drie songs bevatten elektrische gitaren en daarom klopte dit niet helemaal. Het resultaat werd een van de meest intieme en authentieke uitvoeringen van Claptons meest spraakmakende nummers uit zijn carrière!
